Greg (Gator) Moore was very professional and served me well in my lates Jeep Gladiator Mojave purchase. I usually hate going through the car purchase process. Greg made it enjoyable. He is very honest. I have been lied to in the past and promises broken. I do not believe this will happen with this purchase at this dealership.

Totaled my engine
Took my car into their service department for a misfire due to needing a new spark plug, drove it about 12 miles from home to the dealer with no problems, i had stopped driving as soon i got the misfire until I took it to the dealership, and the car was driving perfectly fine, got it back after diagnostic in need of an entirely new transmission, ABS, Traction Control, fuel injectors and coilpack. Car went from driving perfectly fine to now unable to leave a parking spot without damn near redlining and refuses to go over 5mph, had to tow from their service center parking lot to another mechanic due to them totalling my car during a diagnostic check, I didn't even have them do any work.

Not being accountable
Ordered upgraded lift pump for my '03 ram 3500 on April 21st. Due to covid wasn't ready for pickup until Aug 2nd. On my way in received call from Erik in service dept asking if there were scratches on passenger side bed. Told him previously had some I had bondo-ed and painted over but he said these looked fresh. Once paid for ($1,648.76) Erik and I took a walk around truck only to find there was indeed a scrape and dent in my bed. Keep in mind I'd been without for 3mo and was so frustrated to see this I told him '' this is fresh and not there when I dropped it off. '' I looked at him waiting for a response. All he did was stare at the damage. After several minutes I shook my head and said I'd take care of it! He was given a chance to take responsibility, didn't, and I wasn't about to leave it with him any longer. NEVER AGAIN, THEY'RE TERRIBLE!!

"The most unprofessional/deceptive service I have ever experienced"
When a sensor failed and my ABS wanted to drag me off of the highway for no reason (I did a Google search and learned what fuse to pull so I could drive straight )I called the maintenance shop in Burlington , wa-they said that they were familiar with the issue, had those parts in stock made an appointment for five days later..... I lose a days wage, drive 45 minutes with two vehicles drop off my jeep at 7:30 AM I also report that the steering wheel controsl are not functioning correctly-they say no problem, should have it fixed up by the afternoon and expect a phone call-I receive a call at 4o'clock, a guy who says he is filling in, he is having trouble reading the mechanics report-not a little trouble as if he is completely illiterate, on drugs? Maybe a hand written, greasy note that is illegible? I do not know, he does nothing to explain to me what is going on other than they cannot fix it now and they close at six! Frustrated, my wife drives me the 45 minutes to the shop-before for eight hours after I dropped it off (did it really take that long to do a couple tests )there is a print out, describing exactly what I told him was wrong, a bill for $357-A huge list of items that COULD also be done, adding up to thousands of dollars !I.E. Oil change, differential fluid change, leak on my radiator-(I have never seen a drop) all of this other shit that is irrelevant to the problem that makes my Jeep un-safe to Drive-The guy at the desk tells me they could order the parts and I can bring it back in the following week and then they could fix it-No quote-I put four $100 bills on the counter to pay for the $357 bill-he says he does not have change for a $100 bill, but he says "that's not a problem he can give me in-store credit!" As if pissing away my money is no problem for him! The maintenance shop is attached to a new vehicle shop I ask him to get change from them and he has a look of disgust like that is way too much effort.... That's it,now I am frustrated tell him I will never come back to their shop and there is no need for in-store credit!!! All of my credit cards are maxed out, so I got into my piggy bank, does not matter! It is a sad day when a company this big in the United States does not have change for a $100 bill, pathetic,considering they gouge tens of thousands of dollars out of unsuspecting people daily!!!!! Yes, I had to pop the hood and pull the fuse to drive the damn thing off of the lot!!!! I will definitely look for another mechanic shop!!

High Price for Diagnosis
It cost nearly $200 just to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle. I don't expect it to be done free of charge but for a customer who has been bringing his vehicles there for nearly 7 years I think nearly $200 just to diagnose a problem is really expensive. This vehicle is nearly at the end of its life anyway and I look forward to not having to come back there when it's done.

Be Careful!
We have been coming to this dealership for about seven years and have spent thousands of dollars here until now. We brought our 2008 Dodge Caravan in because it has been overheating and needed a routine oil change. We were told there would be no charge to look at the vehicle (unless they found something wrong with it) because we’ve been such good longtime customers. They did spend some time diagnosing the problem and came back with a $3200 estimate for repair which is approximately three times the value of the vehicle so of course we did not have the repair done. My husband felt bad that they spent time diagnosing the issue so he had the oil changed in order to at least pay for something. Until we got the bill for close to $200! Ultimately, it’s our responsibility to read the fine print, but it just felt slimy to be given the impression we were getting a courtesy service for being loyal customers, when in fact we were not. Obviously, a new vehicle is in our future, but it will not be from Karmart Dodge!
