Unqualified for Hybrid repair
We had our 2015 Hyundai Hybrid car towed into their service center due to a maintenance warning on a Friday. When we spoke to the female on the phone she scheduled it to be serviced on Tuesday. They called and said they can not service our Hyundai Hybrid as they don’t have a mechanic qualified to work on a hybrid. All this wait for no service. This is not the first lack of service with them. We ordered a part for our car and they said it would be in within a week. Waited 2 1/2 weeks no calls for the parts to come in so we drove over. The parts girl said they would have to call us because the gentleman was on lunch that was unloading truck. No call back. A week later still no call. When we called again I received the gentleman and he looked for our part and reply’s oh yeah it’s been here. Parts did make it right by giving a discount for the wait on the part. Just be aware they don’t work on Hybrids here
