Terrible follow through

I purchased my new car from Kolar Hyundai app. 8 weeks ago and I still don't have my plates. I called the DMV and they said Kolar didn't mail in the paperwork until 3 weeks after the sale. Now we are supposed to be leaving for the winter and cannot until we receive our plates.
