Phenomenal Service
Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of my car. I have purchased a few vehicles from other dealers, and I have never received such amazing service! Marisa and Adreonna were extremely helpful, and they answered my questions! There was no pressure to purchase anything. I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade. I cannot see myself going anywhere else!!!

Obviously did not want to work on my car
I purchased a 2023 Palisade in Kansas City, MO in December. It developed a sunshade roller problem shortly after purchase. The Kansas City dealership began the repair but was not able to get parts before I went to AZ for the winter. The Kansas City dealership contacted Larry Miller Hyundai and had let one of the service people know about the problem and that I would be contacting them to do the repair.
When I went to Larry Miller they told me that because the KC dealership had not put the roller shade back together that (I had the old rollershade and a bag of parts in my car) that they would not repair the car. I finally had to contact the Hyundai National Consumer Affairs people to help me get this repair done.
Larry Miller then agreed to do the repair, but I needed a loaner car as this is the only car I have. Larry Miller said they did not have a loaner at that time but if I scheduled my repair on a certain date they could accommodate the loaner. When I called the day before my appointment to be sure everything was a go I was told they did not have a loaner available and would call me as soon as on became available. After a couple of weeks they still said they had no loaner available. The Hyundai Consumer Affairs people had been in contact with Larry Miller and told me that Larry Miller could rent me a car and National Hyundai would pay for it. Larry Miller told me that they could not count on the National people to pay for the rental so they would not do that.
It was obvious that Larry Miller did not want to repair my car. They were mad that the other KC dealership had not put the car back together and from my first encounter with Larry Miller it became clear they did not want to do this warranty repair.
I finally had to have the Consumer Affairs people schedule an appointment with the original KC dealer when I come back from AZ.
It was a very disappointing situation with the Larry Miller service people.

Oil change
I’m sitting at the dealership now for my 15K oil change. I’ve been here for 2 hours and 20 minutes. Oil changes should not take this long anywhere. My appointment was at 7:40 am, so it’s not like the end of the day.

Service is a joke
I got a recall for my older Elantra. Got the run around because I'm not driving a newer Hyundai, I'm not a man and no $ in fixing a free recall. I will be sure NOT to buy my next car from them.

MANY issues:
Service- all should be fired
Detail: need to learn their job
Sales: Jake is terrible!

Safety is absolutely NO concern!

Refuse service on a vehicle I had purchased at Larry Miller Hyundai..
I purchased a vehicle, was told I'd get 3 oil changes with that purchase and also any paint chips would be taken care of.
I made an appointment a week ahead, for oil change. I got there early only to be told "They were really busy, just swamped." I said "That's the very reason why I had made an Appointment! Told him I had drove from Apache Junction. I could have just gone to Horne Hyundai a couple miles from my home!". He suggested that I do just that.
I made an appointment with Horne. They looked at my sticker on my window that indicated I did need an oil change. (Larry Miller's said I wasn't due for oil change, my sticker was wrong.)
Have not been bach to Larry Millers after that.
I had been a customer for years.

Monday- call to dealer regarding issue-service person assigned to me was not in- call back promised the next day
Tuesday-No call back, called dealer-will help you they said, call you tomorrow
Wednesday-Salesman called, said he was sick at home but will take care of it tomorrow
Thursday-11pm-not one single call from anyone, not the salesman, not the service manager, not the sales manager-they all promised to "take care of it"
Only given 1 key FOB at the purchase in September on a Brand New 2023 Elantra Limited, promised the 2nd FOB by end of December. Per Hyundai, it may take one year or MORE to get me a second Key FOB. This is their service after the sale. Judge for yourself,

Not is a new truck
I buy new Hyundai Santa Cruz 2023, 3 weeks ago, the truck have some issues on the front driver side and rear door looks scratches and polish maybe paint the door. The hood is to hard to close and the driver door, I go back 3 times and speak two managers and the service department, they take pictures and say start the process the schedule for fixing. And never call me.

Love My Hyundai Elantra
This is my second Elantra purchased from Larry Miller and I love this one even better!! I have had such a wonderful experience with both my vehicles and also the wonderful staff at Larry Miller!!
It’s not just the excellent vehicle but also the care and consideration I get when I need help!
Yesterday I couldn’t figure out how to pair my new IPhone with my vehicle and Seger Lowe helped me in seconds!! We’re not all “techie” and when I have an issue it’s wonderful to know that the staff and management at Larry Miller are there for me!! From the service department (thank you Dustin Yinger) to the managers (thank you Addison amd Dakota) you are supported all the way!! Thank you Larry Miller Hyundai for making me more “techie “ and taking care of my vehicle!!

I read great reviews on Peoria Hyundai. But it was the price that attracted me because they advertised through cars.com and true car. But as of now they have the right to do business and they are not selling to people out of state at least that's what they told me.

Not treated the same.
Moved to Peoria 5 years ago and we immediately bought a Genesis for my and 3 years later we got her a G 90 and service was great but then things changed I tried to buy a Santa Cruz from them and was told it would be months before I could get one so I looked elsewhere and was able to get one from another dealership in Scottsdale all dealerships honor service regardless of where you buy it that is not true. We have moved to North Carolina and I needed to get it serviced and was told it didn't need it well as soon as I got here it tells me your passed service buy 500 miles the very reason I asked to get it serviced not happy so you are not treated equal if we do go back to the area it will be to another dealership. The cars are great though.

Excellent experience
This was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. The salesperson, Heather, was very helpful in locating the perfect vehicle for us. Addison, the sales manager, did a great job getting us to the price point we were looking for. And Renee, the finance manager was extremely helpful in finishing the process. There was no pressure or hard sales tactics, just an easy buying experience. 10/10 would recommend.

When you have a problem with your car and you have to be towed to the dealership you never know what's going to happen. Not only did we receive excellent service but the car was done much sooner than we expected. We will continue to have our service done at Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria!
