Awful!
We are leasing a 2022 Santa Fe XRT and I absolutely loved the car up until January 2,2023. My car has been at the dealer 6 times for the same exact issue and still isn't fixed. The dealer have looked at it and even Hyundai engineers have looked at STILL can’t figure out what is wrong with it. They have fixed/ replaced multiple things hoping that it would fix the problem but obviously nothing has worked. My entire dashboard lights up with every single light/ warning. It becomes very hard to steer, brakes will jerk and the whole car shakes. This car has had 67 DTC’S (Diagnostic Trouble Codes). We almost got into 3 accidents, one of which we had my 2 small children in the car. The last time they called and said the car was fixed and ready to be picked up , my fiance went to go pick it up. He had to hit a curb in order to avoid hitting a truck in front of him. This happened only 2 minutes after he picked it back up. We can’t file it for a lemon because it happened 28 months into the lease. 4 month, 4 freaking months past!! Hyundai corporate is freaking awful. The dealer really are no help either. They want us to put more money out to get into a new lease. The fact that they can’t figure out what the problem is and keep excepting us to take it back and be okay with this is discussing. What makes me ever more mad though is the fact that I have to keep putting not only MY life at risk in this death trap but MY CHILDREN!!!!

bad buying experiance
My experience with Lester Glenn
It starts with the Finance officer that sets up your Loan Agreement
These Finance Officers are NOT your friends and are NOT there to help you.
Their job is to separate as much of your money, from you, that they can.
When you look over your Loan Agreement papers
1- make sure the agreed price is on the agreement
2- make sure that your deposit is subtracted from the agreed price
3- They will ask if it is OK to add 3 extra months to the 5 year loan. Your answer is NO!
4- They will ask you what your maximum monthly you can afford. Your answer the minimum possible
5- Make sure you do not go to the Dealer alone. Bring someone to help you
A few days after I got home I went over the loan agreement and realized that I had payed full price for the car and they didn’t subtract my down payment from the purchase price. So my down payment went somewhere but NOT to where it was supposed to go. I guess it was a trophy for taking advantage of a senior citizen. I never said anything because I was too embarrassed and ashamed of being taken advantage like that. I am saying something now because I have not been sleeping very well knowing how I was taken advantage of.
I suggest everyone that took a loan with Lester Glenn have the loan looked at to make sure that what happened to me didn’t happen to you.

Came in to get a new engine that was covered by Hyandai Corporation and they did great but in the monthly process melted my center console !’n and will not fix it !!
Well I was very happy with the Hyandai Corporation covering my engine and my Santa fea runs great however the month it sat there the air freshener that was u see my seat was placed on my center console and bitterly turned it into gee black chemical smelling glue and they won’t replace it … they won’t even return my call Sean Savage he’s the one that won’t respond to me !!!!!!

Amazing Service
I drove one and a half hours to get service work done to Lester Glenn Hyundai that could not be done in my hometown Philadelphia for ridiculous reasons claimed by the Conicelli Hyundai dealership. This was the best experience I ever had with an service department from the beginning to end. Every single person who i encountered was courteous and professional. Joseph Molino my service manager was professional, attentive and personable to ensure i received top notch service. The complimentary hyundai 16k mile maintenance and recall was done in no time. Very clean and comfortable facility. I just wish Philadelphia dealerships were as amazing as Lester Glenn.

Dishonest Service Department
On October 29, 2022 my wife brought our 2020 Tucson to Lester Glenn Hyundai for routine service. During the pre check in inspection it was noted that there was a small scuff mark on the bumper but no visible damage. At the completion of service a forward collision system light was illuminated which was not on when the car was brought in for service. I tried calling the dealership and their answering service stated they would call me back before 5:00 PM. They did not call. I tried a total of 4 times calling before finally sending an email. After sending an email a service advisor called me in 15 minutes. explained to the service advisor what occurred and wanted to know why they sent the car back to me damaged when it was not damaged when it came in. The service advisor made an appointment for November 17 at which time he told me that it would be a $350 charge just to check the sensor because they had to take the bumper off. I explained to the advisor that my car came in to the shop with no forward collision light on but came out of service with that system on. He alleges that it was perhaps damage from that small scuff mark. My wife explained to me since she is the primary driver, that months before a small piece of a truck tire retreat was thrown up on Interstate 287 and she thought it hit the undercarriage of the car. This occurred months before my October service appointment and it is an insult to our intelligence to suggest that light just so happened to activate whilemy car was driven around at the Lester Glenn Hyundai Dealership. I have my receipts just as you do and I feel it is equally as likely one of their car jockeys moving my car between check in, the shop and back to the customer parking area struck something. I cant prove that since I didn't witness such an event but any customer ask yourself, if you give your car to valet parking and they damage your car whom would you think responsible? I have no doubt this servive department is covering for their error and and they are ignoring the certified mail sent to them and will likely ignore the Department of Consumer Affairs as well. A very dishonest bunch in our opinion. Avoid them if you can.

Engine light
Put my car in on June 17 for check engine light told me it was exhaust and turbo they fixed it five days later the engine light is back on again very difficult to get an appointment I work over 100 miles away I need my car and they had no loaner for me normally I am very pleased with the service not this time

On June 17 I brought my car in because my check engine light was on I had to leave it overnight they told me they fixed it it is now June 25 and the check engine light went on again very dissatisfied
I’m usually very satisfied with the work gets done on my car not this time but I did it on June 17 for check engine light that it was a sensor they told me they fixed it seven days later it’s back on again very dissatisfied hopefully you can fix this problem once again when I come in there Wednesday

When my family resided in New Jersey we purchased over a dozen cars from Lester Glenn over an 11 year period. Every sale was handled by Augie. We always knew we would be treated professionally and with the utmost courtesy.

We recently moved to Missouri and we were in need of another vehicle. We never even considered shopping for a vehicle in Missouri. I looked on line, saw the vehicle we wanted, and trusted that Augie would take care of us. Augie tested the car for us and he said it was a nice car that’s all we needed to hear. He handled the paperwork, we received it by FedEx and the deal was completed. It was the easiest transaction we have ever had. We will be picking the car up soon. It will be nice to get our new car, but equally nice to visit with Augie, who we consider to be family.
