Very poor dealership. I spoke to sales on a truck. Advised them I am 1.5 hours away and wanted to look at the truck. I took time from work as did my wife. Drove to dealership with tolls and fuel to look over the truck. Spent 30 minutes going over the truck with salesman who handed me the keys and took it for a test ride. When we returned and sat down to go over numbers salesman comes back, and said truck just sold. I had all financial in order and ready to buy. This is how a shitty dealership acts, so watch the shady games there. Just looked them up on BBB what a surprise they have a rating of F. Guess I'm not alone with folks that have gotten screwed by them. As to your rebuttal you just can't help but lie. You said you had someone coming at 4 from Connecticut. I asked before we started is the truck sold and you replied no we are good. You never said you had anyone deciding on the purchase. Read the internet you do bait and switch alot so I'm just another number. Hopefully someone will read the post and decide for themselves on your deceptive sale practice.

Very poor experience.

I went there gave my complaint and asked that they check the car and tell me what’s wrong. They did their diagnosis and gave me my bill and told me to come back the next day. I had to follow up for 4 days. And when I got my car the sound and check engine light were there glaring at me. This was a service I paid over 1300 for. I write a review and the service manager responded weeks after and said to call him. Been calling for 7days no and he won’t pick up or call back. My advice use somewhere else. If I could rate it zero I definitely would.

Sold illegal diesel truck with emission parts missing! Liars and thieves at Green Brook NJ location! Claimed to offer a deal to buy back $7k less then purchase but never calls back to facilitate this further! Avoids my calls, voicemails and emails!

I have never had such poor service in my entire life!
I can't believe they would treat anyone this way let along a disabled veteran USMC. I purchased a 2024 f450 limited and they charged me 5k over invoice then I paid 2k for shipping to Texas the truck arrived a week late and when it arrived it had 3 miles to empty on fuel I had to get a gas can to get it to the fuel station because it would not make it. Upon arrival it only had one key not two and they are 500 dollars for another one. It should come with two. None of the mud flaps were installed or even sent with the truck. Now I have to buy mud flaps and pay to have them installed. No DEF in the truck. The front valance was scratched. I had the spray in bed liner installed before it left by them and they had overspray and got it off by using some product that took the clear coat off on a black truck. The level of unprofessionalism with this company is beyond my comprehension. No one even sighed for the truck to be picked up so l had to sign for pick up and drop off at the delivery site. Do not buy here you will regret it! If I could give it a negative 5 l would this truck was over 100k dollars! What do you think they will do w a
50k dollar vehicle.

LAST JAN 20,2024 I PURCHASED MY 2024 FORD EDGE AT LICCARDI FORD(WATCHUNG ,NJ) AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE BECAUSE MY SALESMAN (TONY TRONTO) WAS EXCELLENT! HE WAS FRIENDLY AND SMART!HE PROVIDED ME WITH ALL THE INFO THAT I NEED TO OPERATE THIS MEW CAR.HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.I EVEN GOT A GOOD DISCOUNT. Outstanding service

Very smooth sale. My mother lives in NJ and i was worried that i might have to travel up there to get here a good deal. Nope, a few phone calls and got the price, financing and my mom was treated very well. No complaints and i was able stay in Florida with no worries!!

Bait and switch

Epitome of “slimey car dealers”. Their website shows you a price, and you can confirm it on the phone but when you show up to buy the car they add 20k for markup. The salesman were even bragging loudly about how much they could mark cars up and still get people to buy. Dishonest and unfriendly. Don’t buy here

BE WARY!

Negotiated for over a week on line for the purchase of a Ford. Finally agreed both verbally and in writing through email on a price. When it came down to picking up car I was told by Jesse and Mike Liccardi that unless I financed through them the deal was off. Also very rude and Mike hung up on me mumbling under his breath. Very unprofessional and rude. Never would buy a car from them. FAILURES in my book

Ford Escape 2020 and salesman and manager

I won’t recommend Licardi ford to my friends and company. The Salesman wanted $447.00 a mont for a Ford Escape 2020. The general manager was rude on the telephone erasing his tone of voice to me self a customer. I rate them an F. Failure.

The worst dealer in New Jersey. They want $447.00 monthly payment for a Ford Escape. This is the way they still money from me as a customer. I won’t go back there to lease a car they’re grade is an F I don’t recommend my partners. To go there. F. Failure.

No integrity. Worst customer service.

We bought a used car from Liccardi in early June. They advertised the car as one price and then added a bunch of nonsense fees plus a $1,500 fee for their "150 point inspection". Well, in the first month we had the car, we had to have the AC replaced, the trunk door fixed, the sunroof fixed, and a tire valve replaced. Every time we have called or texted our salesperson he ignores us. We called looking to speak to a manager, was hung up on twice, left a message that was never returned. I left a Google review and they responded with a FAKE number to reach the manager. AVOID this place at all costs.
