Honest and efficient.
I am very satisfied with the service received at M Complete again. This time my air suspension and a coolant system leak was repaired.
I am very pleased that I got an appointment quickly, the inspection and feedback was swift and the repair as well. Everything was done as agreed and works.
Again, I felt very well advised as a customer and treated with honesty. Only the necessary things were done and everything was transparent and straight to the point.
I much appreciate the way the interactions are done and always have the feeling to have my Benz in very good hands at M Complete. I will come back with my next needs for service or repair.

Nothing short of AMAZING!
I know I’m in good hands when I find another good human from Western NY. Work hard physically and mentally. A relentless approach, just like our hometown Bills mafia! Super good find when I stumbled into finding Jim after getting told my car would require $5k+ in repairs by local Mercedes dealership. Don’t second guess taking your vehicle here. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I own my Mercedes. Jim - keep being you! It’s a pleasure doing business with you along with a few laughs and good conversation.
