Consistently Good Service!
Since picking up our new Santa Fe in 2019 and for the three years following, we've had consistently great service at Maple Hill Hyundai. The service has always been done quickly and professionally, and at very reasonable prices.
Service personnel have been courteous, respectful and accommodating. We always receive a call within a day or two following each appointment to make sure we're satisfied with the work done, which is much appreciated. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied, or appreciative, of the experiences we've had at Maple,Hill Hyundai!

a recall repair
Was greeted by the bay attendant, very cordial. The repair was done as scheduled, and within the time frame given. I had a question about my phone paring with my car, and the servicing mechanic came to my car and assisted in getting it fixed. Didn't have to reschedule an appointment for the fix, which was greatly appreciated!

Very difficult to get a timely appointment. I felt like I was spoken to like I was stupid about cars. They wanted to keep my car 2-3 days to "fit me in". This is after it was in 5 days earlier and was supposed to have been fixed. I went to start my car and it was dead. When I took it back in they couldn't even check the battery in a timely way. I drove down to Auto Plus to find out my battery was fine. If I had been listened to in the first place this never would have happened. Now what?

While the wait times have improved slightly we have had upwards of 40-50 engine failures due to Hyundai's recalls, this has unfortunately put us way behind (there were 3.2 million vehicles involved for Kia/Hyundai). The software update that was performed in December was a new campaign to better address engine related knocking, it is a pass/fail upload and it passed when installed. It was noted on the repair oreder that a new engine was installed, it was also noted by the technician that whomever installed the engine had mis-routed some of the wiring in the looms, this can also lead to erratic readings ok multiple sensors under the hood. The technician corrected that while he was in there replacing the knock sensor (which does not get replaced when the engine gets replaced). My apologies for the aappointment duration back in July, it is down to roughly 3 weeks now and a backlog of 12 engine related concerns on the gound.

My second time at Maple Hill was for an oil change and tire rotation. The facility is spacious and clean. The staff great you immediately and are very friendly a n d helpful. The service was done in under one hour and my vehicle was returned washed and ready. I'm very impressed with the customer centered approach at Maple Hill Hyundai. I would definitely recommend them.

Nothing more to say but 1hr for oil change, vehicle inspection and tire rotation. Would have been nice to check out other new vehicles I'm interested in, but inventories are very limited now, thank you supply chain.
