Great job all the way!
I had my car detailed inside and out, and it was done to perfection. Looks like a brand new car! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I will be back for sure!

Interior detail
Probably should not go here for interior detailing. I would appreciate if they did a partial refund or another cleaning. Middle console was not touched until I asked and still was not up to par. Maybe this is one of those you pay for what you get considering I did find this spot through Groupon

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify a few things.

The vehicle brought in was in extremely rough condition, with heavy dirt buildup, stains, and even stuck bubble gum throughout the interior. Our team put in considerable time and effort to restore it as thoroughly as possible, well beyond what’s typically included in a standard interior detail—especially at a discounted Groupon rate.

While we strive to deliver great results for every customer, vehicles in that condition may require deep restoration services beyond a standard detailing package. We're always happy to discuss expectations beforehand and offer upgrades when needed.

We did make an effort to address your concerns during pickup and wish we had the opportunity to resolve everything to your satisfaction on-site.
