Engine Work
It difficult to find trustworthy shops that are willing to do more involved engine repairs. Matthews service was willing to dig in and diagnose a serious valve train issue and did the repairs quickly and cost effectively. Great job!

Local Service Center
Been coming to Matt's since I bought my van years back. Have had both low level and mid level repairs completed over the years. Always polite, respectful, and considerate of others time. I've used night drop off and after hours pickup with no issue. I'm not pressed into doing more service than needed and tend to get cheaper rates than at the dealership. Will continue to bring my business here.

Oil change in 30 minutes
Had a 10 AM appointment. Got there a few minutes early. Took my car right in, and oil change and preventive inspection was done by 10:30! No suggestion of add-on work that wasn't really necessary, which is what happened to me at Woody's.

Great service
This was my first visit. I went in for an oil change and filter. That is exactly what work was performed, plus rotating my tires because Steve said it was needed. He did that at no charge! I didn't realize that they were also an inspection station so as I was checking out I said I would make another appointment. Steve checked and said he had some time so he would do it right then.
It is so nice to find someone who is so accommodating and caring about their customers. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Quick diagnosis and solution
I called about a check engine light. Steve said come in and we’ll run the diagnostics. He discovered my battery was weak. He put one in in short order and had me in and out in 1/2 hour. I’m very pleased.

It was time for my oil change n tire rotation. They took my car in ontime, the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time quoted.
They checked into future maintenance, I paid the bill and was on my way home in less than an hour.
