I trust McCracken -
I feel the charges are reasonable and the work is good . Fortunately McCracken knew of a recall on my Toyato that i had not been aware of. It could have been a very costly problem if McCracken had not brought this to my attention. It is being checked and it is all under warranty! Very appreciative!

Excellent experience again
For over 15 years Mc Crackens has been my go to garage.. Always fixed properly and on a timely basis. Everyone there handles repairs from initital contact to completion with professionalism and a true sense of getting the job done right the first time. I would suggest to anyone needing repairs, from a minor issue to a major repair to call. There is no reason to look any further..

I can trust the work is necessary and done correctly
I have never in the 25 years of doing business with McCracken automotive had a bad experience. I have been advised when work was needed and when it was not needed. I never felt work was unnecessarily done. I have 120k and 157k on our current cars due to the maintenance and repair wok done by McCracken.

This is the "go to" repair shop.. never an issue repairs done quickly and correctly first time every time.. if you want to stop the auto repair run around.. look no further. That entire staff is amazing.. thank all of you at Mc Crackens once again for a job well done....
