Wage theft and shady business dealings. Don't get ripped off!
They paid my boyfriend $800 for two months of full-time work. L& I claim for wage theft pending. Brian is an untrustworthy alcoholic with poor people skills and a longstanding reputation of ripping people off. He takes zero responsibility for his dozens of unhappy customers but the repeated pattern of behavior makes for a solid case to stay away from McLees. Check out reviews on Trust Pilot, Yelp, BBB, AG's consumer reporting site, and the Thurston County Courthouse. Save yourself the headache, do advance research, and take your vehicle somewhere honest and reputable.

My experiences at Mclees have been excellent. Knowledgeable staff, good customer service, and fair prices. Don't get the negative reviews but you can't please everyone.

You've been warned
Took my popup trailer in for lift mechanism repair, in spring of 2023. They had it all summer. Paid the repair bill in full. First time I used it in 2024 it collapsed again. First time! I took it back in and was told it would be covered by warranty. The camper spent the summer of 2024. When I went to pick it up I was presented with another bill. So much for warranty. This company Sucks. You've been warned.

This guy is running his long standing business into the ground, gave a estimate, had the work done...the difference was thousands apart would release vehicle until i paid. we contacted the state and local authorities. dont use them

These guys are no good once they have you're money the job will not get done and if it dose get done its half assed and set up for failure I would stay far away from these people absolutely hands down worst mechanic s . Unless they feel like doing a good job ? stay far away from these people. Trust me when I say this. Do not fall for anything Brian has to say him and Morgan are crooked..

Customer service
Good mechanics are hard to find. Technicians are even harder to find. We are in trying times. Good fast or cheap. We can’t have all three. Supply issues, and young clueless parts people don’t help matters much. If you can’t fix it your damn self. Quit your bitchen✌️
