called in to set up service on a recall for a part on my 2015 Equinix. gave me a line that they could only do recalls on certain days. I asked that if i scheduled out a month if If they would have the part and if they could get me in and out that same day. they said yes so I set the appointment. day arrives we drive up at 7:00 AM as that is when we were told we could get in. Guess what they tell us the service team will not be in until 7:30 and they will need to order the part and they do not know if it will get done same day. WOW is all I can say. horrible communication within the company and it appears their customers are not worth the effort to be up front with. I have had these same kind of issues wit them in the past. three strikes your out! will never go back.

The person that you people have doing your commercial is a damn transplant and he doesn't know how to pronounce Los Lunas correctly and he said it Los Lunes and it's not Lunes it's that not damn difficult to say Los Lunas and not Los Lunes. He must not be a true New Mexican. You people must replace him to do your commercial correctly or you will loose business. Get someone else who can pronounce it like this Los Lunas! Not fucken Los Lunes!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
My husband's Chevy Cruze broke down on July 5th while he was driving down to Texas for the military & it was towed to this dealership. It has now been over 10 weeks and we still do not have our car back.
When they got into the car and found out was wrong, we paid in full to get it done. They said it would 7 to 14 business days to get the parts in and would take about a week or two to fix the car. Ever since, they told us we owe them a lot more money than what they originally quoted us. They have continuously lied to us about when the vehicle will be done & they keep changing their story about why it's taking so long. They keep finding other parts that need to be replaced & they wont return our calls. I am 12 hours away and my husband is 3 hours away. They are taking advantage of our situation. If we would have known is was going to take this long, cost this much money & cause this much stress.. we would have takin it somewhere else. This is not right and this is not how you treat customers.

So I took my truck to Los Luna's NM Melloy Chevrolet (sounds to good to be true). got to the dealership and Marc Hoffman did not full explain he's intentions, but demanded my keys to my truck. however I was told my a good friend if they ask for your keys "DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR KEY'S" I told Marc that he's letter and phone discussion never mention anything about giving up my keys for any reasons. all kind of RED FLAGS started raising up left and right. I heard of many terrible out comes with the past from people vehicles not running right after or the service engine light coming on. SO PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFUL who you get letters from.

We bought a car!
I went just to see if I could upgrade and wound up in a new car! The guys that helped me, Quan and Hunter, were very nice and not pushy at all. They gave me a comfortable space to make such a big decision and I even left with a full tank of gas! Thanks melloy Chevrolet!

Great team
I bought a 2020 chevy silverado a week and a half ago and I got to say Brian worked hard to get me my truck. I am super thankful to him for doing so, plus after a few months he said he would help to get my interest rate lowered. Great guy. Also wanted to say I had the great pleasure in meeting jenay my sales person who answered all questions I had and didn't pressure me into buying nothing ( more so my wife lol) thank u jenay and brian for making my experience with u guys super easy and made me fill comfortable.
Melloy Chevrolet came through for us when another Chevrolet dealership (Tillery Chevy in Moriarty) would not. The service team and service manager at Melloy identified immediately what was wrong with my new truck and were quick and efficient in fixing the issue. Highly recommend this service department.
