Treatment When I Was There For Service
I was very disappointed in how I was treated when I got to the dealership today.
My husband is an employee and the others found out that my husband had COVID-19, and I was treated like I had it too. One of the people on the lane told me that I needed to put on a mask and the other person stood quite a distance away from me. I truly felt like they would have preferred it that I wasn't there with my vehicle. This really made feel unappreciated and not welcome.

WARNING this I not the place to buy a vehicle
This is not the place to buy a vehicle. I would highly recommend walking over wasting your time and money with them. My salesman John Bisbee is the poster child of scum bag car salesman. Knowing what I know now after the fact I would even buy cookies from his kids. He withheld information on open recalls that were on the vehicle, and I believe very much that he sold me a vehicle that was not inspected. Also the man plays like he's married with a picture of him and his "wife" on his desk. Look him up on ccap.... he's divorced, twice... My guess would be they both thought he was a scum bag as well. Also after I go to get my keys I find out there is only one set and a second one cost roughly $350.00. Pretty relevant for the negotiation part I think. Then comes their finance department. J. "Mike" Adkins ... Don't ask me it's what's on his card, who has since been fired, basically rewrote the terms from the purchase agreement. Changed half the numbers and added 3 additional months to the loan term without saying anything. Now I do understand that I should have caught all this when signing the papers. Yes I realize that. However I was under the impression that the negotiation were over and the plan was set. So for him to make changes to this at that point and make them abundantly clear in my mind is absolutely fraudulent. Especially when costs me roughly $1,800.00 more for the vehicle. But hindsight is always 20/20. Almost within the first two weeks of owning this vehicle I started having issues with it stalling out and my RPMs would jump and fall when coming to stops at red lights and stop signs. This is STILL a problem that their service department claims they can't figure out or duplicate even though I have given them videos of these issues. I have spent the last several months since buying this vehicle trying to convince them of these issues only to be told that there is nothing that can be done. Mind you I have also purchased a warranty. My truck has now been into the shop 5 times since I bought it in April of this year. I have spent hours and hours and hours on multiple occasions trying to come to some kind of solution with them that their management in hopes that there was at least some kind of moral and ethical values held in this establishment. At first it seemed like they were interested in rectifying the issues. Some of the money's that I should not have been charged were returned. Key word SOME. And they seem like they are very egar to allow me to bring my truck in over.... and over.... and over.... so they can let their service department joy ride around and claim there is nothing going on. I have been a loyal Ford owner for a long time. I have had my Mustang (not purchased from Metro Ford) serviced there since I have owned it. The moral of the story here is if you aren't putting money in their pockets they will leave you high and dry and not have a second thought about it. Even when you are giving them your hard earned money they will try and con you as much as possible to unjustly get more. This dealership should be shut down and John Bisbee shouldn't even be allowed the sell magazine subscriptions. I am absolutely disgusted with every aspect of my experience with this place and truly hope anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere. However if you do choose to still do business with them watch everything with a microscope. These are not ethical people and if you are not watching them they will try and screw you out of your money.

Purchase was smooth, but service is horrible
We bought our used Subaru Outback just over a year ago and our sales guy, Doug, was terrific. We felt we got a fair deal on the car and Doug threw in 5 free oil changes (a value of $600). One of the tires was a little low, so the service center aired it up and we were on our way. We returned when the tire continued to go flat and Metro Ford replaced it. The existing tires had about 30,000 miles on them, but we were told they had plenty of tread left. After a few months, the car developed a shimmy. It continued to get worse, so when we took the car into our regular service station to check alignment, we were told that all tires need to be replaced at the same time on an all-wheel drive vehicle. Why did Metro Ford not provide this information? We called the service counter and left a complaint and no one returned our call. We had the oil changed 1 time, but when I took the car in for it's 2nd oil change, we were told we needed a punch card. We never received a punch card. We still have the receipt from the first oil change, but no punch card. Even though Metro Ford's system clearly showed we had only received 1 oil change since purchasing the car, Scott, our service person at Metro Ford, would not service our car without the punch card. I asked to speak to our salesperson, but he is now retired.

Amazing Service!!
We were in need a of a car and there was not much in our area. I found a vehicle I like online and completed the confirm availability request. Received a text the vehicle was in stock. Drove 2 hours to check out the vehicle to find out it was not on the lot yet. Rob Walker was AMAZING. He went out of his way to get the vehicle so I could test drive it before driving home for the day. Needless to say we bought the vehicle. Rob was kind enough to have Metroford loan a car until I received mine new to me care so I did not have to continue to ask my family members to drive me all over. Working with Rob Walker and Mike Adkins with financing was seamless and I left very happy. I would definitely recommend MetroFord and will drive the extra miles to buy another car from there again

Ford f150
Bought a 2012 Ford F150 Ecoboost 2 weeks ago from Tim Kopmeyer. Great experience during the sales process. Tim was very helpful along with the rest of the staff during the entire process. A week later I had trouble with the tailgate. I called Tim and he got me right in to get it fixed at no cost to me. This is the 2nd truck I've bought there and will be going back for my next one. Great sales staff and service personal. Highly recommend them for next purchase!

Used car, non-smoking buyers beware
I gave Metro Ford a 5 star review reguarding the buying experience. Unfortunately, I feel that I have to follow up. I bought a used car from them about three weeks ago. It was billed as a non-smoker owned vehicle. Once the detailing deodorizer faded a smoke smell became evident. I took the car back to be re-detailed in order to have the smoke smell removed. Metro Ford did this for me free of charge. When I picked the car up the next day the smoke smell was replaced by a strong deodorizing smell from the chemical cleaner that was used. I was told to leave the car in a garage with the windows open to let it air out. After a week of this the deodorizing smell has lessened but is still present! Metro Ford has no other options for me and I am left with a very nice car whose smell makes it unpleasant and probably unhealthy to drive!

Service for My Chevrolet Malibu
I brought my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in for an oil change. I have been bringing my car to Metro Ford for quite some time now, and I have always been happy with the service. Yesterday when I arrived, I was greeted by the service advisor Alicia and she was very nice. The person (Ed Dotski) out in the service bay was not as friendly though. But I still want to give a compliment to Ed Dotski who did the Quick Check on my vehicle discovered that I needed an alignment done on my car. This information was passed on right away so I knew what I needed. I asked Alicia if it was possible to get a loaner vehicle and that way they could do the alignment the next morning. Alicia contacted Kristen, and she had a loaner I could use. When I have had service done on my vehicle, it has always been brought up to the building so I didn't have to walk to find it, but today when I picked up my vehicle I had to walk a distance to get to my car. I was not very happy about that, but otherwise I was very happy with the service I received.

Just picked up my Explorer after having it there for a recall. Started driving down the road and could hear air, my window had been left open about an inch all night. Called the service manager to see how that happened (my windows were frozen when I dropped it off so I know my windows were shut all the way), he had no explanation for me. I asked what they were going to do to make up for it....was told I could get a free oil change (told him that's not good enough I already have 8 of those from our purchases there). Told him I want it detailed, he immediately refused because that's a $200 service. They don't take care of their customers after they get their money from the sale. This isn't our first bad experience with them, but it will be the last. I won't buy another vehicle from them ever again!

My salesman was absolutely terrific he showed me the perfect car right off the rip. As soon as I got in the car I knew it was the one for me. He seemed to stop at nothing to get the deal done for me and as a first time car buyer I highly appreciate that. There’s no doubt when I need a car in the future I’ll be coming back to see Tyson.
