Our dream has always been to own and operate a mechanic shop here in Kirksville. Our owners, Michael Mathes, Mikel Meeker, and Virkita Thomas, went through various schools and mechanic jobs before opening Mikes’ Auto Service Center on April 10th, 2023. They've always treated me right!
I've been taking my Ford to Mikes' Auto since they opened and they've always treated me right! They take care of my oil changes and regular service work, and whenever they've noticed additional service needs, they discuss it very forthright and honestly. They do great work, they work quickly, communicate very well, and all at honest prices.

Oil Change and tire rotation
I scheduled for an oil change and they did a great job and got it done quickly but before I left I realized I needed to get my tires rotated. They quickly added the tire rotation before I left. I have always had a great experience here they do great work for a great price!

Best Garage In Kirksville !
Took my car in with a very sqealing grinding noise on Monday, to find out Left Front Axle needed replaced and The part was ordered and Tuesday afternoon It's been fixed Labor 125.00 and parts 138.91 took Mike about 45 minutes not over priced and very fair I felt bad my car was giving him difficulties but he got it done and always does 😊

Amazing service
As it is starting to get warmer out, I turned my AC on and noticed the drivers side was push out hot air while the passenger side was nice and cold. I called Mike and he was able to get me in quick (2-3 business days). Diagnosed and fixed the problem that day at a reasonable price. Thank goodness this was caught before summer temperatures and was able to be fixed so quickly.
