painful to have to do this
took in my 4x4 for a repair that was needed, having been in the biz most of my adult life and now retired from the wrench twisting, i was given a price that floored me, just the part alone my price was just shy of 300 dollars, after i was told by melissa the part was going to be over 800 dollars thats a 500 dollar increase, then another 900 to 1200 for the labor i knew at this point rather then argue, i just went and got my 4x4, which by the way they charged me 150 dollars to just check it out...rip off to the max, i did the work myself even though i didnt want too, this repair station charges big $ and makes a killing on reselling parts also.....something i never did and would not do....buyer beware, paying too much for what others will do cheaper.

Above and Beyond Service!
I didn’t know this place was here, but it was convenient to my home, so I gave it a try. Glad I did! The building is well-kept, clean, not dated and everyone I had contact with was very professional. I also appreciated the courtesy ride back to my home while my vehicle was being repaired. I was kept updated on everything going on by text messages throughout the process.

There was a little miscommunication regarding one of my repairs, but Monkey Wrench did everything they could to assure I left a satisfied customer. They made good for the issue and remained professional, really listening to my concerns.

It hurts having to spend so much money on repairs, something we can’t avoid, but I feel Monkey Wrench truly has my best interest in mind. I trust them with my repairs and will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Monkey Wrench shop as a walk-in customer, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. My main concern was getting my brakes fixed, and I was relieved to find that they were able to attend to my needs in a timely fashion.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who had a beautiful personality. She immediately made me feel at ease and took the time to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. Her professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to the overall experience.

What stood out to me at Monkey Wrench was the presence of repeat customers who were also quite satisfied with the service. Saved the day
My car broke down on 95. Luckily I had it towed to monkey wrench and they diagnosed the problem fast (alternator), and had me on the road again the next day. 10 stars!!
