I went in for a check engine light notification, and an oil change. Instead of trying to gouge me on service they gave me some really great Warranty advice and changed my oil. Justin was very knowledgeable and informed me on my extended warranty options.
Had no clue what was wrong and anticipated the worst. They guided me through the process, explaining every step. Thankfully wasn't as bad as I anticipated.
I had used Murrieta Auto Repair in years past, since my Company was using them at the time for various services. I leased my RAV4 in 2018 and then I later bought it so I didn't use them for a while (I only have 26K miles on my RAV4 now). I have used them a couple of times in the last two years and they still do a great job. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation this time around, but they scheduled me really quickly and I was out of the shop in a little over half an hour. They do good work, are reasonably priced compared to the dealership, and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle.
I was able to schedule an appointment that worked well for me. There was no waiting for the service. And best of all there was no major repairs! The routine maintenance is affordable, & the owners always explain what care my car may need next. Chris & Justin & their term have been taking excellent care of my vehicles for 20 years.
Did a great job on putting on the tires. I absolutely like to be notified what else the car needs which that’s what they do. Thank you so much for notifying me. What else needs done in the car you have a wonderful team of workers.
We had a problem with the trunk being stuck closed. We made an appointment and brought the car in for service. Some screws had fallen out and they were replaced in a very timely manner. Always a great experience bringing our vehicle here.
I bought my car from Carmax and they referred me to one of there automotive repair shop ,so I call murrieta auto and they resolved and repair my trunk thanks for the fast service
