Through TechNet, My Car Doc competes with big companies, offering a NATIONWIDE WARRANTY on their work.
What makes My Car Doc unique, is that they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of their brake pads and most of their suspension components. The lifetime warranty also applies to their water pumps, fuel pumps, alternators, starters, and more!
Low cost towing to their shop is also available.

Peace of mind: priceless!
Our family needed to let a family friend borrow a car for a week or two because hers had been involved in a collision. Before I let her borrow the car, I wanted to make sure that everything was OK, so I dropped it off at #MyCarDoc and asked for an inspection.

The fantastic team at The Clinic went through the vehicle, made some recommendations, and performed the services that I approved right away. My friend was able to pick up the vehicle at My Car Doc the next day!

I loved having the digital inspection so that I could see what wrong and recommended and then make my own decisions about what to do.

Their clear and easy communication not only made the whole process very easy and #convenient, it was very clear and #trustworthy! Love having an honest shop that I can trust!

Best shop by far!!
Best shop iv been to in my whole life! I pulled off the high way cause my car started over heating and pulled into this shop and from the moment I walked in it was an excellent experience. Offered me a donut and had drinks available while I waited for my ride, sent a very detailed inspection with pictures and recommendations. Got the parts ordered and got me on the road the next day and put my key in a lock box so I could pick up after hours. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! Thanks again

Quick and easy service right away
I brought my Altima in after it was having engine issues- check engine light, engine was running rough and shaking. I had imagined it was an issue with the transmission as I had forgotten to get an oil change in quite a long time. They changed the oil, discovered it was an issue with the mass airflow sensor and they changed it out. Needless to say I feel lucky and won’t miss and oil change again. They were very understanding and professional. We (SO and I) have gone to this spot for years. Thanks guys.

Trustworthy shop, staff that cares!
I come here because I can tell that they care about my family, want my kids to be safe while on the road and never try to sell me anything. They give me advice without any pressure to buy. I love the inspections that they do before our family vacations; gives me peace of mind! Very trustworthy and honest shop.

Easy, quick, perfect and friendly
I have been using My Car Doc now for a few years and every time they exceed my expectation. Yes, its a small, no thrills shop, but they take care of me. I know I can trust John and his team. And the little thank you bag on my seat tells me how much they value me as customer!!!

Excellent customer service! Above and beyond!
I really like the inspection process on how thorough that is. It definitely helped give me peace of mind before my family and I hit the road for a trip. Also, it was nice to make sure that the vehicle was OK and I liked having pictures. That made it very transparent and easy to tell what was wrong with the vehicle. Also, they did not overload me with a bunch of bad news, trying to sell me a lot of stuff. They even told me the good things that were good on the car that I did not need to worry about.

After everything was done, when we went to pick up the vehicle, My Car had a little gift bag inside it and a handwritten thank you note! Who does that? What excellent customer service! I will definitely be back.
