Through TechNet, My Car Doc competes with big companies, offering a NATIONWIDE WARRANTY on their work.
What makes My Car Doc unique, is that they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of their brake pads and most of their suspension components. The lifetime warranty also applies to their water pumps, fuel pumps, alternators, starters, and more!
Low cost towing to their shop is also available.

Easy, quick, perfect and friendly
I have been using My Car Doc now for a few years and every time they exceed my expectation. Yes, its a small, no thrills shop, but they take care of me. I know I can trust John and his team. And the little thank you bag on my seat tells me how much they value me as customer!!!

Great service
As always, John and the crew have done an outstanding job! I found them due to the are one of the few that does an oil additive I wanted. They have never let me down and it is always a pleasure knowing when I leave all is well with the car

Excellent customer service! Above and beyond!
I really like the inspection process on how thorough that is. It definitely helped give me peace of mind before my family and I hit the road for a trip. Also, it was nice to make sure that the vehicle was OK and I liked having pictures. That made it very transparent and easy to tell what was wrong with the vehicle. Also, they did not overload me with a bunch of bad news, trying to sell me a lot of stuff. They even told me the good things that were good on the car that I did not need to worry about.

After everything was done, when we went to pick up the vehicle, My Car had a little gift bag inside it and a handwritten thank you note! Who does that? What excellent customer service! I will definitely be back.

Car doc did an awesome job at replacing my license plate. Lamp, it took him about 10 minutes. Pull the car in, got it. Fixed right away Great job always great service.

Annual inspection
Entire process was well documented and communicated with recommended actions or delayed servicing based on inspection. This demonstrates company looking out for value and service quality. This has been my go to service center for 5 years. Good care for the customer, reasonable pricing, and good communication. Good professional service and customer care. Excellent First Impression!
My daughter's car recently needed a quick repair and we had to find a mechanic in the Castleton area. We knew nothing about My Car Doc, but after our first interaction with them, we were so impressed with: their consistent level of communication, their expert approach to fixing cars, their honestly, their reliability in doing quick excellent work in the estimated timeframe, and the way they spoke to me and my daughter throughout the process.

Once the repairs were made, we were sent a link to pay by credit card online (you are not required to do this, but this worked for us) and my daughter could pick up her car immediately or even after hours.

When she got her car back, there were small gestures of appreciation left in her car: a thank you note, a small gift basket with some holiday treats and cup holder coasters.

This experience left us wondering why other auto repair shops don't work to communicate and appreciate their customers. We will definitely use My Car Doc when we have need for them again. Thank you My Car Doc for your kindness and professionalism!
