Oil and filter
Happy but not Happy. Service was great. But I ask for 100% synthetic oil, and Frank ask me, and I said yes 100%. When I received my receipt it stated a 50/50 blend was put in and I was charged at that rate. Used synthetic oil since 2013 when the car was new. Hope this does not screw up anything.

Good Morning Charles! Thanks for the review. I pulled your work order and although your car only calls for blend due to manufacturer specs, we DID put full synthetic in. We billed you incorrectly. So just to confirm your vehicle did get a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change, unfortunately on our part the billing was wrong. Sorry for the confusion. Appreciate your business!

Another Great Service Experience with Nello!
I had my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited while the work was performed. The work was done quickly and seems to have been done thoroughly. The car was returned to me as neat and clean as when I brought it in. I was not pressured to have unnecessary work performed. I was treated respectfully. The cost was reasonable. I wish my interactions with all businesses were this smooth and positive. I regularly recommend Nello to family and friends.

FLAT REPAIR
Scheduled a same-day appointment for a tire that was losing pressure. They had my truck in the air within 15 minutes of my arrival and the repair was completed within a half-hour. Friendly & fast service.

my experience was right on point. I added some services that i did not originally schedule and they agreed to do so with no objections

Great Service at a reasonable price
Frank made some tire recommendations. I did some research. He provided me with a cost for the Tires I selected which were Bridgestone Drive Guard RFT (Run Flat Tires). The tires were ready to be installed the next day and the Nello Tire service /shop people did an great gob and I was in and out with a set of 4 new tires mounted, balanced and installed as well as a four wheel alignment completed in One Hour and 45 minuets! Great people & Service done RIGHT the firts time every tiem!!
