Always fantastic
NextGen will always be my mechanic.

They’re honest, fair, and clear about the work needed; I’m tired of shops not telling me about things that will need work soon, because they’re afraid to give me “bad news.”

Chris warned me last time I had work that the rear shocks were going to need replacing soon, and he was right. I got them replaced today, along with an oil change. April (who is new and a great addition to the team!) communicated with me every step of the way, and was very patient when I wasn’t able to bring the truck in several days running.

She also set accurate expectations about what work they had in the shop and how long it would take.

When I picked the truck up, I asked what kind of oil they’d used so I’d know if I had to top it up. They took time to look it up for me so I could write it down right there.

Parts and labor are clearly accounted for in the invoice, and they stayed well within the estimate.

I’ve referred several friends here — it’s a shop I like and trust.
