Oil change
Scheduled an oil change for 12:30 arrived at 12:15 sat in car for 45 minutes waiting for an attendant then he said it could be up to 2 hours . This is unacceptable I’ve owned nothing but Hyundai vehicles for over 20 years and always have had the maintenance done at the dealership in Springfield Il and now here in Fort Myers and I have finally had enough of the poor service. My next purchase will be another vehicle brand.

Avoid the service department
Terrible and overpriced service and the service people don't care at best and are downright rude at worst. The dealership is owned by the Morgan Auto Group which owns over 60 dealerships so they really don't care about individual customers any longer. Avoid!

Fort Myers Hyundai
I recently bought out my /grandaughters lease as she wanted to buy the car. We supposedly thought all was in order as i had to co-sign which i had no problem doing. I started getting mail from and simply wanted to now why me instead of my Grandaughter who was to pay on the loan. So i first called Megan my sales Associate, then i called the Finance, still no answer or no call back,so finally i called the Sales Manager and not one have called me back.Not very good business wouldn't you agree? So next time my business will go back to KIA where i now the take care of their customers because i have one myself.

terrible experience
Terrible dealer!! The positive reviews here must be generated by the staff. I tried to buy a car from this dealer. work the numbers on the phone with the salesman, and he supposedly ok it with the manager. So I drive over an hour with a certified check for the total
go through most of the routine and the finance guy finally tells me the big secret of this dealer. The FMA!! What? You dont know what the FMA is? Well it cost $3000, and its a package of stupid discounts nobody would ever use. This is not posted prominently in their store, on the site, or told by the salesman.
The FMA is required! Everybody pays it!! Really? What a stupid tactic. Dont even consider buying here as they will spring some BS charge on you at the last minute. Very rude people also.
The dont understand why I would object. Really?
Laughable place with morons working there and a crook for an owner.

Worst Customer Service Ever
Staff is friendly and nice and they always get the job done, but i alway have a problem when coming here as I’ve never had a smooth interaction with them. The timeframe to fix the car is unreliable as they almost never stick to the timeframe they give. I’m guessing there is also major miscommunication going on as when I called to check on my car, I was transferred over 10 different times back and forth between the service and parts departments. They often have technical issues as well as they have had problems finding my insurance within the system, but communication isn’t a priority for them as they waited over 2 hours before informing me without starting the service that they were looking for my insurance when the service itself only took an hour and a half. I’ve been here about 5-6 times since February now when I bought a brand new car from them. In my honest opinion unless you are willing to wait double the timeframe they give you, it’s better off to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Update: I tried to give them another chance again, but they don’t care about how long you have to wait. I’ve had a flat tire for over 2 weeks now that they never have time to change when it should take them only 30 minutes to an hour. They will tell you to wait at least 2-3 hours to get the claim approved before they can even start working on it. They told me the next availability wouldn’t be until 2 weeks from now, next month in September. They also wanted me to leave my car overnight for a tire change which shouldn’t take more than an hour. So basically overall, they are telling me that it takes a OVER A MONTH TO CHANGE A FLAT TIRE which is unbelievable and unreasonable. I usually don’t write reviews even when I have a bad experience, but this is quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Messed up my loan and horrible after sales experience
I tried numerous times to give the dealership a chance to solve the issues, but after 5 follow ups and multiple 'I'll call you' messages that did not come to fruition, I've decided to provide my experience.
During the sales process, I had an overall positive experience with my sales person Vince and business manager Brady, but things changed as quickly as the next day when I followed up to collect two things that were left in my trade in. Followed up twice, was told they'd reach back out, never heard a thing, so bye bye to those things I was after.
I also took out a loan to cover part of the vehicle costs, which they screwed up taking out $10k OVER what I requested, even though the remainder of the vehicle had been paid for with a cashiers check. After my initial email bringing this to their attention, I followed up 5 TIMES beyond that, and received 3 responses, each saying I would get a call or an update soon. It has now been a week since my last follow up, with no response and almost 4 weeks since the loan was taken out, with no adjustment made. I would strongly recommend not doing business with this dealership. Extremely disappointed and I still have no resolution as to when the additional $10k will come off my loan. I believe I have given more than a fair opportunity and ample time for the business to rectify this issue before publishing a review.

Hyundai of Ft Myers are crooks
The dealership ripped my mother in law off. She went in to by a new car. They charged her $4000 over sticker price and then added on $7,0000 of warranties without her knowing on a brand new vehicle that comes with warranties. Pitiful they can take advantage of an older person like that and not care.

PERFECTION
Juan Giraldo is the best car saleman I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is deligent, respectful and on the top of his game. He always returns a phone call even when on vacation. Not to mention that my Hyundai Sante Fe with the caligraphy package is just gorgeous!!!
