Good morning, there are out of our control to include the customers' insurance company writing a poor estimate of record. Our timeline was based off the estimate provided by the insurance company and after our 100% disassembly, there were 27 more hours of repair added and parts that needed to be ordered, and all of this needed to be authorized by the insurance company.
