Sharon said she has used them on numerous occasions, and they always have good service for a very good price. They did not charge when she had to come back to have her brakes looked at again to resolve a problem. One of her sons, and grandchildren also go there. James is a wonderful and personable person. He takes time to chat with her and always has a smile. They give her a ride home sometimes.

Oil change
As always it was a pleasure to have an appointment at OTS. While the mechanic was changing my oil he noticed a gasket ( I'm not using the right wording here) is wearing on my transmission. James checked it out and let me know it will need to be replaced in about 9 months. I feel so secure in my 2005 Nisson because I know the experts at OTS are doing their best to keep it up and running safely.
Its always fun chatting with James, Bob and anyone else available. We discussed health and exercise this time! I love the Experts at OTS!! Plus the oil change took about 10 minutes.

Jonathan said his first experience with this business was having them switch out the transmission in his vehicle, and they got the transmission on a Thursday and had the vehicle back to him on Friday. They do what they say they are going to do for the price they quote and they do it quickly.
