Excellent reliable and fair
I really appreciate how honest and reliable they were with my Range Rover. We had just moved here a few months ago and feel great about finding a trustworthy place to service our car. John in the office is so personable too and kept me informed the whole time!

I brought to PA my car (LR Discovery Sport) for diagnostics of trailer's lights adapters problems. Trailer adapter was installed by U-Haul few month back and it failed due to the recent rain. Several U-Haul locations were not able to locate a problem. Pacific Automotive identified a problem within 10 mins.

Great!!!
My 2017 Chevy Silverado is up and running again thanks to John and the mechanics. We have had many hard to diagnose problems and this group is incredible at finding the problem and going above and beyond at getting the problem fixed. Honda CR-V Triubles
Pacific Automotive’s diagnosis of my non-operating 2020 Honda CR-V couldn’t find a reason for the “Electric Parking Break Problem” dash warning. They did notice that the 4+ year battery had weak cells. They should have insisted I get it replaced, because, after they charged it, the vehicle had the same warning the following afternoon. Plus an additional “Hill Start Assist” warning (I wasn’t parked on a hill.). After having my vehicle towed to Pacific Honda, the service tech said the battery was dead. Why didn’t Pacific Automotive know that several unrelated warnings mean a failing battery? They should have recommended changing it then and there. Or at least let me get a new one at the nearby Costco. I’ve never had any problems with Pacific Automotive in the past 20 or so years I’ve been bringing my two vehicles there. I don’t know what to say.
