Nacole said she paid $300 for them not to do anything, they didn't even diagnose it. She added that she was really upset, they didn't tell her the first intake was $149, and she only wanted them to do $110 worth of work. They were very polite but overall it was a bad experience.

Nacole, I apologize for the confusion with the pricing and the diagnosis on your vehicle. Your vehicle was brought in running poorly and misfiring on 3 cylinders. We performed the normal processes of diagnosing a vehicle. Your fuel pressure checked good, we checked for proper ignition system performance on all cylinders. That system is working with no issues. All the normal tests were coming back with normal results and we needed to perform further testing. I believe it was at that point you called to check up on your vehicle and we explained that it would require another hour of diagnostic time to continue testing. Our understanding was that you wanted us to proceed with further testing. We checked everything else possible without disassembling the engine for a visual inspection. We performed a compression test and determined there is an issue with the RH bank of the engine. It was at that time we called you and explained that we would need to do some follow up testing to perform a cylinder leak-down test or perform some disassembly of the engine. You declined us going further with anymore diagnostic time and charges because you did not want to spend anymore money on the car. The total charges ended up being $264.00 and covered the total diagnostic process to determine why the vehicle didn't run properly. The vehiclew wasn't fixed because the repairs were declined.
