i'd made an appointment to have an oil change, trans fluid change, coolant change, and diff fluid change.
Zach helped me a lot. He provided and accurate approximate length of time needed to complete the work, which allowed me to plan my day better. They were actually done an hour earlier than expected. The free car wash was an added bonus. The work spaces that I could see were neat and organized.

Good customer servoce
Parker Subaru is always very prompt and professional. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because of all the recommended maintenance which isn’t covered by the service plan. I’ve had many other cars and some of the recommendations, like spark plugs at 60,000, seem very inflated and unneeded.
