Unexpected purchase!
My wife and I were just checking to see if I would fit in these vehicles, I'm 6' 5". All the personnel we came in contact with were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesperson Shawn, financial advisor Vance and service manager Dan were all prompt and upbeat! Our experience at Parker Subaru was better than expected! They say customer service is dead, not at Parker Subaru. Thanks

I went in for an oil change. They asked if I wanted them to rotate our tires. I did want this. The employees are very friendly and explain everything. They did a thorough check on the car. We are so happy with our car & love the service department at Parker Subaru.

30,000 mile check up
All my expenses were reviewed before the process was started. I prefer to wait for my car. This time was almost 3 hours. I was prepared, but the waiting area has coffee & fruit & snacks and reading material. I brought my own, but just in case you don't, Parker will take care of you! PS. I started with Parker Toyota in 1996. I bought my Subaru in 2014. That's the car they are caring for today. PPS My grandson is still driving the Toyota! It's better if the "pros" care for your car!

We have been with Subaru for the last four Subaru that we have bought. We are very happy with that model. Sorry to see that they’re not going to make it anymore. We deal with Steve Yost. He is an awesome person. If anybody is looking for a new car, I would recommend Subaru to them because you guys are the greatest.

Everyone at Parker Subaru did an excellent job.
The technicians fixed the two leaks; even getting done in less time then expected.
There is further driving research for the third leak. That will be done in a few weeks; and the third leak will be fixed in the same excellent manner-- because that is the only standard Parker Subaru knows.

Brakes/shuttle service
First time I've used the shuttle service and it was great. Rick T. was very helpful getting me checked in and explained the drop off/pick up process for the shuttle. He called me after my vehicle was done (quicker that I thought it would be) and let me know I could call back when I was ready to be picked up. Wonderful experience. Shuttle driver was also pleasant and professional.
