Not taking care of Business
Took my car in for a 30,000 mile service supposed to have complementary oil change and tire rotation at no charge still cost me $460. Looks like they were supposed to change the brake fluid out and do fuel injection work on it. I had the car in a few months before for a horn replacement and they left bolts out of the front and fender well. They had my car for four days and this is the kind of work that they do. I will look for another place to do the work on my Hyundai under the service warranty.

Outstanding Service
Ian and his crew, I cannot say enough about how great and professional they are. My nephew's Sonata had an issue, we had to have it towed to the dealership, which we only use the dealership for service and repairs. Ian went to bat with Hyundai on the problem, he kept us up to date at all times, his crew worked above and beyond to take care of the issue. I purchased a Sonata for my mom there and that process was great also. If I could give a higher rating to this dealership, I would.

Indifferent Service Rep
Took our Ioniq5 in for its 5k svc. Service person not familiar with the car, which perhaps is somewhat understandable, but showed no interest in knowing about it. Lacked basic understanding of key ecar elements. Ioniq has a frunk option which he knew nothing about, didn't look up, and gave some obviously bogus excuse why they couldn't address it. Ignored us when we showed up while he completed a long call. And not to be too picky, but was very unprofessional in his appearance. Felt like I was bringing my new state of the art not inexpensive car to some shade tree mechanic.
