Best service and pricing anywhere!
Pasadena Bimmer and Mechanic Chris, were the best part of my day- I can’t even begin to describe my relief to find that Chris not only discovered the source of my car being constantly wet ( not the sunroof drains) and why my driver’s side door wouldn’t open - He fixed it and my car is safe to drive again.

Thank you so much Chris! You are the best.

Windshield wiper repair
The repair is fine. The service was atrocious . 2 full days to do a minor repair is unacceptable. Called 1st day, given run around. 2nd day, 11am, called and parts ordered. Car wasn't even touched 1st day. Unacceptable service.

Recommended
Check Engine light came up. The issue was resolved by replacing the Premair sensor. Good work and reasonable repair costs. One of my reason to go with Pasadena Bimmer is to support the local business in the community.

Christine at the front desk was very nice and professional. She explained everything in the process and kept me up to date as the technician worked on my car. Chris, the mechanic that performed the work was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that needed to be done to the vehicle in great detail and did an outstanding job on the service .

Best quality best service
Every staff member I have encountered is extremely professional. Christine at the front desk is very personable and nice. Felipe the mechanic is a very skilled and honest mechanic. Dylan and his partner are amazing they always look out for you and give you the most honest feedback. This shop is definitely the BEST in the DMV area. They do right by YOU and not like other shops that just try to milk your pockets! I trust them 100%

Great work, if my calls go through.
The techs do great work. Everyone is pretty friendly and honest in my opinion.

The only issue is: I promise if I call anytime, my calls go STRAIGHT to voicemail. Every…single…time. The last job I had done, I only was able to make an appointment because I had to ride up there.

If that gets under control, 5 stars with no problem.

INCREDIBLY UNDERSTANDING
I had the BEST experience at Bimmer's. I brought my truck to the Bimmer's on Mountain Road and asked for them to completely check out what was going to be needed. They were very understanding about my situation and gave me the list (as my truck is a 2010) we discussed how I could get the things done in a way that won't put my finances in the hole. And we came up with a way that will work for me. Crystal was a dream! I would recommend Bimmer to EVERYONE!
