We booked our RAV-4 in for an annual inspection at a specific time. We went off for a coffee and a little while later Jake called to say the car was ready. It passed inspection. Jake was courteous as always. Randy (the former owner of a garage on this spot), who works part-time with Paulin’s, was there and I think worked on our car. We’ve known Randy for many years and know that he’s a first-rate mechanic and an all round good guy! Many thanks chaps!

Great service
I had taken my vehicle elsewhere for a service and was given an extensive list of repairs that needed to be done and some were needed to get an inspection. Took it to Paulsins for the repairs and not only did he keep me informed of the repairs but informed me what wasn't necessary from that extensive list i was given in the first place. It was excellent service all the way around.

Awesome Service
Super pleased with my service. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection sticker and repaired the damge done from the previous shop! And a battery for my fob. All done like a pit stop! Will be here for all my vehicles from now on!! Thank you very much!!
