Annual Inspection
Brought my SUV for annual inspection. Very busy place on Monday morning. Yet, organized, efficient, and friendly customer services. Referred by my retired mechanic. Have stopped by in the past for a quick check with sudden car issue from my other car. Checked, found no major issue, did a quick help without charging a penny. Very nice work ethic! 100% coming back here
First thing I appreciate about this place is that they open early. Second is the speed in which this place does work.

I'm used to going to the dealership where I leased the car to get inspections and servicing but they take upwards of 3 hrs and, where I just moved to, the dealership is far. I found Paul's on google maps, it had amazing reviews and didn't need appointment.

I got there a little after 7 am today (Monday), there were two people ahead of me and I was out of there at 8. They discovered some issues with the tire that needed to be fixed. Instead of trying to upsell me on things, they gave me an estimated quote but insisted that I should contact the dealership and double check if the tires are still under warranty. I appreciated that.

I'll be coming here from now on to get all car related issues serviced.
