We took 2 of our cars in for oil changes using a Groupon. Thought it was a great deal. Nearly ruined both vehicles. They broke the nut off on first vehicle so oil pan couldn't be removed so they said they couldn't change the oil or fix what they broke. On the 2nd vehicle they put the wrong oil filter on and car has been stalling ever since. Just found out about the wrong filter yesterday when I took it to the dealer to find out why it was stalling all the time. I didn't save money on this Groupon but it sure cost me a lot. Worse service, incompetent employees and bad management at this establishment.

$27 Hazard disposal fee (for oil change). A ripoff artist!
Michele said she asked how to reset the maintenance light and was never helped. She was told to Google it.. They stopped taking vehicles to the business.
Jeff said he's gone here for many years, he's always gotten good service, and he'll continue to do business here for as long as he can.

Won’t take appointments for Oil Change, long wait
Disappointed. Been a customer for years. Despite emailing customers to suggest making an appointment for services, they do not allow you to make an appointment for an oil change. This means customers are essentially forced to needlessly sit around for an hour for service. At the same time, while the employees are kind and hardworking, they are obviously understaffed. I’ll take my business elsewhere, time is too valuable to wait around in a parking lot.
Trynne said the business was fast and made it clear what they were going to do. She said the were careful with distancing because they could not stay in the vehicle. The customer service did provide an area they could walk around.
My husband usually takes our car for an oil change, so I was a little nervous about going on my own, especially with pandemic procedures. The two men that were working were professional and kind, wore masks and provided contact less payment. Additionally, not one eye roll when I said I usually left this job to my hubby. They also took the extra effort to let me know that the car's coolant level was slightly low, and where I could purchase the specific brand needed.
Quick in for service, but no facilities or lobby. It was a nice day to sit outside. Have been going here for a number of years and always quick & pleasant service.
