Oil change and car checkup
The counter person was very pleasant and helpful. My service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall I was very satisfied with the work completed. I will definitely be back in the future.

Tire leak
I had new tires installed at this location to correct a right rear tire leak and worn tires and still had same right rear tire leaking some time past and got tired of putting air in tire took back to new tire fixed and was told had a tire bead leak which rim was not clean at that time of tire replacement so got charged $41.00 to clean tire this time instead of it being taken care of did not stand behind original work OKperform !!! Dollars

Hi Dan, we reviewed your concern yesterday.  We installed your tires over 2 years, and 5 months ago.  We do stand behind our work.  But over 2 years, that's a long time and any warranty had expired.  Sorry you feel this way.  We hope to see you back, thanks!

New Spark Plugs
For my car it is recommended that the spark plugs be replaced every 100,000 miles, and mine was a little overdue. This is an expensive process, but it was done in half a day, and I also got a coolant system flush, all at about $100 under the estimate. I couldn't be happier. Their work is always well done. I have been a Pfefferle customer for 25 years and I am a customer for life.

SERVICE OIL CHANGE - IMPALA
Took vehicle in for regular scheduled oil change. Was also informed driver side low beam bub was out. Completed oil change & replaced bulb in usual efficient manner.

Vehicle in for scheduled oil change. Was also told tires needed to be rotated. The oil change was completed in usual efficient manner as was tire rotation.
