I got to the dealer ship when they opened. I didn't see anyone except the receptionist till 945am. Where are the employees that should sell me a vehicle?
Finance person makes the hours inconvenient for buyers.

RUn from this repair Center
Our Hyundai was never repaired properly putting my family in danger! The brake line was damaged and fluid was draining out and we were driving unknowingly. This happened numerous times! Don't trust this service Dept!

You won’t find another one like it! The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly! Other dealerships are marking up vehicles above MSRP and this one has been one of the few who hasn’t done that!

Friendly and Professional
From the phone call to the actual drop I was extremely pleased with my service. I felt they went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Hopefully I wont need to come back but if I do I feel confident they will do a good job. I have a 2020 Palisade I bought in Texas City. My trunk wasn't closing I had to get a new part she went above and beyond to provide great service by checking to see if it was a recall or if i was under warranty. My car was fixed and ready fast. Im very happy.

Oil Change and tire rotation
I don't know why you make appointments. I waited 30 from time of appointment for my car to get in for the oil change/tire rotation. Also the staff walked right by me several times while I was standing there to ask what the hold up was and never acknowledge I was standing there. Mr. Otis was not there. He is always friendly!! I go and will continue to only because it is free.

Oil Change/30,000 mile experience
Disappointed in the fact that no one can decide what 2020 Santa Fe’s should receive a tire rotation and oil change for free. The service manager asks every time. No one explained what was being done to my vehicle until I was told it would be $200. I also never received a confirmation or reminder after scheduling my appointment online.
