A Satisfied New Customer
This was my first time for service at Plony’s. Brake pads and rotors, front and rear, on my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Making the appointment was easy to do, online, which was followed up by a phone call from John to settle on a mutually agreeable day and time. I received a phone call after dropping off the vehicle to tell me what an inspection revealed and asking my agreement to proceed with the installation of new brakes. The job was done on time and I thought the price was fair. I’ll be back for future work.
