Plony's focuses on the customer
At Plony's, I know that they will talk to me and will listen to my concerns. I know that I will be treated as an individual and not just a number. A treat is that the owner himself is actively involved and he ensures that customers are treated with respect and that their vehicles receive quality service. A BIG benefit is that I get to talk to the technician, not to a receptionist or scheduler. That is a huge benefit. I regularly refer others from social media to Plony's.
