These guys know what they are doing.
I’d almost give a 4 star just because the main man here kept shaving to push the pick up back because of little issues. Over all I’d take my truck back if I have any major issues and I live 4 hours away.

Very honest, very good communication even with a couple hiccups.

Head gasket & timing bump
I shopped around a few diesel shops before going to Power Down Diesel. Most shops gave me high prices and extremely long job times. Contacted PDD and got a quote for the head gasket plus a few other things. It was by far the most reasonable quote I got for the job. Chris and his team got me back on the road in less then 2 weeks! There were a few set backs but Chris made sure to keep me updated and let me know what was going on. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back for more work in the future!

There is no place to start the shop the people the work is amazing even told me to come back after I got the truck cause I had bad fuel pressure but they helped me find the problem and even offered to show me how to do it myself

F250 motor fix
Carried my ford f250 to a couple of other shops. They told me I had two bad cylinders an the motor was bad. I could not afford 12 thousand dollars to fix it. So I brought it home put it in the pasture. About four months later a buddy of mine told me about Power Down Diesel in moody an had him to check the motor. It did not have two bad cylinders. The motor was good but it had problems they ordered parts got them in an fixed my truck. These people know what there doing.Thank you Power Down Diesel Performance!!! Moody Alabama!

My review is top notch diesel only truck service.
My review of this shop is top notch. It seemed all of the turbo accessories and turbo was in stock, did not have to order anything. That made my downtime even shorter. He seem to have a knowledgeable staff and an eager workforce that really enjoyed working on diesel trucks. I did like that the shop is only diesel orientated. I am still pleased with my truck it’s been about two weeks I haven’t had any problems so I would recommend Power Down Diesel for your diesel needs.
