Once reported the claim, had an appointment within a few days. Took advantage of being able to get the repair done at my house. They arrived right on time, completed the repair quickly, and work was flawless. Can't imagine any way it could have gone smoother. I put off submitting the claim for so long because I thought it would be inconvenient but I couldn't have been more wrong.

Bad experience. The worst
Bad experience. They break parts to install the windshield and now I get water inside my vehicle ad they said they are not responsible for any of that.

They were able to get me in the very next day, came to my house to replace my windshield and due to rain did it in my garage! I was super thankful to have that convenience, as a working mom it was nice not to have to wait hours at a strange place! Service was professional and highly recommend them!!!

Non-Existent Service
I recently went to Precision glass for a simple 14" x 18" flat glass mirror. They had provided excellent service in the past. This time, there was no service. I gave the counter person a description and dimensions of what I wanted. She said she would give it to her project manager who would call me with the price. I really wasn't concerned about the price, I just wanted a piece of glass cut to specified dimensions. When I didn't receive a call back after a day and a half, I again called and was told the "project manager" was out to lunch but she would have the project manager give me a call as soon as she gets back. After another day had passed without a call back, I called a competitor and gave them the dimensions over the phone. The competitor had my mirror ready the next morning.

The only negative was they had to come back because the rain sensor didnt work. After coming back and fixing it, it works as designed now.

Precision Glass in Fort Wayne, IN was able to get my windshield replaced when I was traveling through the area on my way to Ohio for a meeting. They were polite and professional and an extreme pleasure to work with under my very limited time co strant. After dealing with another glass company that wouldn't even answer the phone and then hung up on me when they did, Precision was a life saver!!
