Unprofessional and 2nd Rate
This is the most low rate and unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the technician to the service manager - shouldn’t hold the jobs they have.

I know we have already spoken to each other and made a plan to move forward.  As your vehicle came in with a malfunctioning sunroof and we diagnosed the issue per your request, we loosened those broken parts that you need even more than they were. The technician tried his best to get it closed as much as he could. I look forward to seeing you this week to take care of this for you and get that sunroof working good again. We can also make a game plan on prioritizing the list of work you need to that way it is easier for you to complete. Letting cars sit for long periods of time causes lots of issues but we will be here to help you get it running great again.

Must had been a off day for everyone. Unfriendly energy.
Nice environment. Needs to work on following up with the customer especially when things are unable to be done like test being ran on the vehicle. Needs improvement.

Last service visit.
My last service visit went very well. My service rep was Will. My car was checked in quickly when I arrived. Check out was also very easy. I initially cancelled my appt. as the engine light went off and I didn't feel the problem existed any longer. Wil suggested that I bring the vehicle in so that that history can be checked in regards to the light that had come on. His knowledge and experience was very helpful as there was an issue and a part needed replacement. Thank you Wil !

the cost for parts and labor was excessive

Worth the trip
We have moved since we bought our sonata at Preston auto I elected to drive 120 miles to have the car serviced there and feel it was worth the trip and will do it again

The service was really good. My issue is how much basic parts are when they recommend them. I can buy and replace everything that they recommended for less than half the price. That's what makes it difficult. I know they're doing a good job with the work, but the expense is a deterrent.

I thank you for taking the time to leave us comments about the service. Good thing about our pricing is we do have factory trained technicians that do our work with a guarentee our work for 12 months or 12,000 miles.We also use genuine Hyundai parts that have their own warranty which is great as well. We do try to stay under pricing of the nearby other dealers to try to keep it the best we can for our cleints. If there is anything I can do to help you please let me know.
