MY "GO TO" shop. scheduled inspection. Took vehicle in on time. Check in with smiling, thorough, professional folks. work quickly done. NO trying to add to work or parts requirements. Check out a breeze. Great local shop that works efficiently and with integrity/honesty, and all with a smile.

My sons and I go to Progressive because they are professional, efficient, honest and smile a lot. Appointment for inspection was V easy to get. Check in also easy with friendly, smiling folks. Vehicle into the shop right on time and completed quickly. And all without any hassle of trying to sell me something I did not want/need... Integrity appreciated = makes me a return customer.
