Fast, professional service at a fair price
I have an older vehicle that has been making a noise while driving for over a year. I got an appointment the next day and the professionals at Progressive had it diagnosed and fixed that day. Noise is completely gone, car feels brand new. Staff are very friendly and took the time to explain the process and communicate with me throughout. Price was reasonable, I highly recommend. I’ll be back!

Quick service for a major job
Progressive Auto always does great work. This time I had concerns about service the dealership recommended. They verified the problems that needed to be fixed and pointed out what really didn't need to be done. Then, they quickly replaced the leaky valve cover gaskets at about 2/3 of the dealer estimate for that portion. Saved me a lot of money on repairs that aren't necessary. As always, Marcy and Bill, up front, were friendly, professional, and very helpful. If you're looking for an honest repair shop with fair pricing and great service, look no further than Progressive Auto.

Another outstanding experience
I called about a problem with a tire on my daughter’s 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. They took me in same day, patched the tire, changed my oil and had me out within an hour. I’ve been using them to service my older cars for years now and I have never had a bad experience with them! The Service advisor Bill is always very nice, professional, straightforward and honest, even when it hurts, and never tries to sell me anything I don’t really need! And Marcie at the front desk is the nicest person ever! I am a Progressive customer for life!
