I like the fact that R&I Automotive uses a program that let's me see what is required service for my mileage. It's based on the manufactures service guide which was developed by the engineers that build by truck. They do not try to sell you a bunch of add on items like the dealers.

These guys do good work
I have been bringing my 2 cars to R&I Automotive for the past several years for various work that needed to be done and have appreciated the quality of work that had been done each time. The owner as well as the staff have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that I had. They have also been saving me money by recommending only necessary work be done. The residents in the area are lucky to be close to this establishment. I have recommended friends to them.

R&I provides excellent service
I have brought 4 cars to R&I over the past few years, and all of them have been treated with excellent care. Diagnostic work is clear and quick. Repairs are also quick and complete, and the price is always right on the mark. Definitely 5 stars from me.
