Synthetic oil
Took my Mazda in for an oil change.
When I went to pay, I found out they put in regular oil instead of synthetic! He had the audacity to say "why didn't you say so" and put the blame on me! For pete's sake..... It's written on the oil cap what to use!!! I should have insisted (or he should have) on replacing the oil. Instead he put an additive in it. My mileage hasn't been the same since!!
Stopped going to RC Auto.
Won't recommend them anymore.

Very Expensive Shop
The staff were polite, it was almost $1000 to fix 6 coils on my car. It always makes me laugh at how auto shops throw out a HUGE price as if we ALL have $1000 on up just laying around. Super expensive prices. Great shop for Millionaires! Of course I have no idea about the price of coils are $166 per coil? It took a day and a half to fix, it runs great.

Robert is not family, but all his "lifelong customers" feel he is.
Just honesty, we are all in business to make a living but there are plenty of auto shops out there that will take advantage of you the first time they see an opportunity. Robert's RC Auto has been taking care of all my vehicles for 20 years and will continue to take care of them until that changes.
