Bad service and dishonest charges
It is a challenge to find a repair shop for Motorhomes. This shop would be a very bad choice. I was billed $907.64 for a compressor plus $30 freight. I was told that parts were delayed 4 to 6 weeks, but if I paid him an extra $250 he could get it sooner. I told him I would only pay the cost and the owner, Dan, assured me he would only charge me invoice cost. The cost from SD Truck Springs.com for compressor Kit #2178 was $358.82 with free freight. I was charged $907.64 plus $30 freight. This is just one example of fraudulent charges. The original complaint was poor handling on a Ford chassis motorhome, and the work done did not resolve the issue. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Dan and Redland Repairs inc. Just compare the pictures of the professional repair shop with reality and you will see how misleading and dishonest this shop is.
