He treats the autos like his own. When he checked out our RV’s for trips it was like he was taking the trip. At 78 years old I never met a more competent mechanic. He goes the extra mile to do a job to perfection. No one does it better

They went out of their way to help stranded strangers
When our car wouldn't start I called the Ford dealer who were no help except to give me the phone number at Redland. When I called they came to the hotel, did an analysis and got us help. This kind of help and service is extremely hard to find. Thanks for getting us back on the road the same day.
My Jeep Wrangler had a leak at the rear of the engine. I suspected a rear-main seal. Dan confirmed. Replacing a rear-main is a pretty big job. When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready. I told them I wasn't in a hurry. While it was in there, Dan recommended that the oil pan gaskets be changed and I agreed.
When it was ready, I was told to take it home and drive it and make sure it doesn't leak. If it did, they would make it right. It didn't leak at all and my garage floor is happy.
I've been going to Redlands for about 10 years now and will continue to go to them and recommend them to everyone!

I don't do reviews, but Redland Repairs more than exceeded my expectations
My running lights have not been working on my motorhome tow vehicle, and I traced the problem to a fuse under the motorhome hood. But the fused box is difficult to access and I couldn't get it open. I called Ford Motorhome Assistance and they suggested I contact Redland Repairs for help. I did, and the person I talked to on the phone told me to stop by their shop where he met me on the road and opened my fuse box. I found out that this is a family owned and operated repair shop, and I know I will give them my business for any of my RV needs.

Was there when we needed him
Our RV check engine light came on as we passed St George to California, we called Ken Garff to have them look at it and they recommended Red Lands Repair. I called Red Lands immediately and they told us to come right over. He put everything down and looked at our RV and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Thank you for saving our trip Jay.
Fast professional service friendly. Explained the process and finished job on time. Would recommend to anyone for any type job. Friendly and knowledgeable mechanics.
New vehicle learning curve cost this customer some extra time and money.
The work done on my older RV was very well done and very timely. The initial work on my new vehicle took some time but resulted in excellent results when the provided instructions were followed but fell short when the instructions were not followed. The cost was reasonable considering the time it took to install base plates and wiring. Because the wiring procedures were not carried out as written and diagrammed, it took more time to redo the process and cost considerably more and I'm not entirely sure it is right yet, but it works. It's great to have my truck work done so quickly; I didn't have to wait weeks or months to get the work done.
