Very good
Needed an oil change. I was taken care right away. I was able to get my car back in time for me to start my work day. Ronnie took the time to explain the differences between synthetic and regular oil.

Oil change
Richmond Auto lube never disappoints. Always a reasonable price, never recommends things to upcharge the bill. Very trustworthy. Always does good and rather quick work and respects your time if they are busy they will let you know in advance when they should be able to safely say when they can get to your car.

Quick and efficient
Spoke to Ronnie over the phone initially. Told me I could bring it in immediately to assess the issue. He went over all the details with me. Within hours my overheating was resolved with new parts installed and a warranty. Reasonable and knowledgeable, I will definitely continue using this shop. Thank you.
