Well we’re do I start! First, don’t leave your car here for repairs as there service is unreliable and filled with empty promises. Had a knocking noise in the front my truck and they were going to check it out. Day 1…well check into it. Day 2…we think we found it. Day 3…didn’t get to it. Day 4…spoke with manager (Cody) explained and we’ll get to it Day 5. Get truck back but as leaving hear noise near brake and still knocking noise when turning wheel… carried back to have tech do test drive as they said they test drove and didn’t hear anything. As driving tech, knew what happened as a now ex-employee worked on that side and didn’t fix right. But leave on Monday and I’ll fix it by end of day. So, left truck on Day 6 and no truck fixed. I’m now on Day 7 and saw truck still sitting in parking lot - it there still looking into it. Well, how can you be working on it while sitting in the parking lot? Of course, there will be some excuse as I’ve heard the last few days. Wow, you can try your luck here if you want. Roll the dice and hopefully you won’t get this experience or maybe you will!

I won't use them ever again. They had my car for over 3 months, charged me over $900 for window motors and they still don't work. Charged $254 for a car battery without consulting me. All totaled over $1400 and the only bright spot was sending my car to a body shop for my exterior mirror install but never provided an estimate for this. The outside body shop appears to have done good work.
This was a really unacceptable and expensive lesson in sham business practices I put trust in based on reviews.

Customer Service?
I met one of the mechanics at Rich's and was impressed enough with his observations of my car's problems that I decided to try out where he worked. I explained to the guy behind the desk that I only wanted this particular tech to work on my car and made an appointment for 1:30 later in the week. I arrived early and waited at 2:15 the tech took my car for a test drive and then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle which both the tech and I understood to include the A/C system not getting as cold as it should. However, when he brought out the equipment to test the A/C, he was told to return it and not perform any tests because I hadn't written that down upon my arrival. I then went to speak with the "manager" and waited while he completed some personal conversation with other "customers" at his desk. I then asked why he couldn't do the test and was told because I didn't order it originally and would have to make another appointment and spend another $75 for a test. I asked for my receipt and though there is a printer at his desk he advised me that he would email it. When I got home, I checked and no email, so I called he agreed to send it right away. I then asked for my quote and he advised it would be tomorrow. Well, tomorrow came and went several times and still no quote, so it looks like I spent $75 to have a tech drive around the block. I believe that the techs there are competent, but their man behind the counter will keep me from ever spending another dime with Rich's.

They make you seem like they're your best friend while they're screwing you on the back end
Took my truck in there which is very sentimental to me thought I could trust Eric but he's just like a car salesman smile in your face act like a best friend while he lies in your face at the same time they got grease all over the carpet on my floor and I feel like that's because they replaced the oil sending unit and when I told them that my gauge was working before and now it's not I had to take it back the next day and get it fixed and I feel like they were mad that it was back so they got grease all over my floor my door panels and dash also my truck was there for 3 weeks I spent over $5,200 when I took my truck there I had just washed it it was so shiny and looked beautiful when I went to pick my truck up I was mostly looking at the stuff that they replaced to make sure it was done when I left it was later in the day cuz I get out late when I went to go pump gas at 7-Eleven I noticed there was tiny rust spots all over my truck and the work that was performed on the exhaust my kid could have did a better well job

Missing Rating
I provided positive review previously to this shop, but I forgot to provide the rating.
I got an email from the shop asking me to provide a five start rating for the service.
I would have done that if I did not forgot during my previous review. This shop really cares about making its customers happy. I don't believing in getting a perfect score. Nobody is perfect, but I would do them a disservice if I do not give them what they deserve. So here is my FIVE STARS.

Honesty & Integrity
My co-worker told me about this auto shop. I went to Google review and discovered that they got the most reviews and most of them are positives.
I took my Honda pilot to Rich's Auto to have the transmission checked out.
No problem was discovered during the initial review. They cleaned up the transmission housing and told me to bring back the car in about a week so that they could take a look at it again. I took back the car, still nothing was discovered. I hope my Honda Pilot transmission will be okay when I take a long trip later this month. I like the honesty and integrity this place has shown me. In this business, trust, honesty and integrity are very important.
Paul is an excellent mechanic. He has been working on my cars for years. The front office run by Cody and Maggie is top notch. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. Mike who runs the shuttle service is a pleasure to ride with. It is a joy to have them work on my cars.
I have used Rich’s Auto Tech for a very long time and have always had complete confidence in the workmanship. He stands behind his work and I believe that is a huge plus. When you have work done you can rest assured that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
My truck was towed in after hours and on Monday when they opened they were ready to get to work on it and it was ready to pick up that evening. It's running great now and their warranty is really nice to have.
I trust Cody to take care of my vehicle as if it were his. I am a new customer of about 6 months, and am very happy with the work they have done on my 2005 Highlander. Have already recommended Rich’s to several people.
We are "snowbirds" and when you are from out of town you are concerned about being taken advantage of. Well you can relax, they are top notch in every category. These folks love what they do and it shows.Thanks again for a true customer satisfaction feeling!
