back in 2018 I made the big mistake of my life to deal with this dealer people. I was a loyalty Hyundai customer for 10 years, I leased 6 cars and I never have any issues until I move from Hollywood to Plantation and the closer dealer is Rick Case Hyundai. when I got the cars one of them just came with one key, the sales person Jean Jacques told me he will leave a note in the file because at the moment I return the car I would have no issues, but now I released those people do not give any kind of customer service to the client no even the general manager. be aware do not trust this people, check every document before you sing. now I have to pay for a key a never received. BE AWARE.
