I'm not sure what happened but it looked like a year ago we worked on your vehicle and you don't have to replace the spark plug if you replace the coil unless the coil arced and burned the spark which would cause the vehicle to misfire until the spark plug was replaced. When the vehicle left here it was running fine and did not rest any misfire codes.
