Wouldn’t help me at all
Spent nearly 10,000 dollars with these people total. Pulled up with a leak at 4:30 they closed at 7. Asked them if they could tell me what the issue is told me I would have to leave my truck overnight just for them to take a look. Wasn’t happy with that cause the leak was visible they should’ve been able to diagnose it and give me a quote and time frame of how long it would take at least within the 2 1/2 hrs of closing time. But no one cared to assist me. Literally left without anyone even taking a quick glance under the hood.

Not trustworthy
This is not meant to be a bashing review, just an honest review from my perspective. May 2022 I had the Air conditioner kit replaced in my 2010 explorer as the compressor had gone out and it was reasonable to replace the couple of other components in the kit (filter drier, expansion valve, ect). Lifetime warranty on parts, 3 years on labor. There were no other recommendations to replace the hoses or any other components. To their credit, the air conditioner worked well when I picked it up. Now, they would not be able to pick up a slow leak in a hose in just a few minutes after the repair unless they UV dye tested again. Fast forward to this April, and it is blowing hot air. I have some minor HVAC experience and I could diagnose that the new compressor was short cycling and not doing what it was supposed to do, this is usually due to no refrigerant in the system. I took it back to them and they said they would throw some dye in it and take it from there. There was no mention of any cost for this so I assumed it was covered as they had done the work less than a year ago that I paid $1500 for. I get their diagnosis later that day. They wanted to charge me $500 more dollars for the diagnosis and to replace a $60 dollar hose that should have been replaced at the original repair. ...It is important for me to say that the hose was not included in the original repair, however, I think any good shop would make that recommendation to save their customer trouble and money down the road as the part is inexpensive and they already were doing the labor disconnecting and reattaching the hose already. ...

I asked them for the part number they were using to replace and they gave 56177 and also quoted $147 for the part which is the autozone price. I would like to think that they do not shop every part from a retail place but if they do most shops have accounts that get discounts because of how much they buy.

So the bottom line is I paid this place $1500 and they wanted to try to charge an additional $500 to replace a $65 dollar part that could have been done in the initial repair saving their (former) customer time and money.

I have used this shop repeatedly before and they have done well. That's why I trusted them with the larger job. After they lost my trust with this, I will not be back.

Vendor issue to start with, now tech issue.
Has taken way too long to get the ABS module. Now that it has been installed, now waiting on tech to reprogram it.. I must say that service advisor Adrian Gonzales has done a good job keeping me informed under difficult circumstances.

El mecánico no sirve
Lleve mi carro a que le chequearan el aceite que estaba votando por debajo me cobraron 250.00 dólares y todavía está liquidando, no me garantizaron el trabajo no me devolvieron ningún centavo y por último lo tuve que llevara a otro lado para que repararan el daño que era en la parte de arriba o sea como quien dice voy por un dolor de cabeza y me terminan quitando un mano decepcionada del mal servicio y el colmo sin revivir aunque sea la mitad del dinero por el mar trabajo hecho más nunca yo recomendaría Polos para mi me robaron descaradamente.

Mask were not being worn at all times
Beautiful shop with a helpful staff but numerous people were either not wearing a mask or not wearing it correctly. Come on! We are in a pandemic. You have 100s of people visit your shop weekly. Wear the mask please.

A little expensive
I thought $115 was a little much for a new tail light and wind shield wiper blades? I have been bringing 4 cars here for service for the past 10 yrs, i may have to check out someplace else?

Hey Ken thanks for your feedback. And I want to thank you for your business all these years. I took a look at the invoice/notes from earlier this week and verified everything with my staff. In most cases $115 would be entirely too high for wipers and a bulb. In most cases half of $115 might be a little high still. But for the Passat, the wiper arms can only fit a European style adapter. Besides that, we only carry a high quality wiper blade in the Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady Max for your vehicle. So where you may be accustomed to paying $20 to $25 for wiper blades, the Passat will probably always be over $50. I spoke with Edgar, your service advisor, and he agreed that he didn't know enough about the differences between the options to have given a proper explanation. But we went over that this morning.
The other issue with the tail light bulb, the manufacture used "special" tamper resistant screws to assemble the tail light. If it was a simple phillips or flat head screw, anyone could have performed the task. Thats why you were turned away by another mechanic. Not everyone is willing to invest in the tools or training to perform what used to be considered a simple job, on a modern vehicle.
We're always more than happy to help, we hope to see you again soon. And if sometime in the future, you find a great deal on wiper blades, by all means bring them in and we'll install them for you.
